Turf Management and Fertilising
A healthy lawn needs more than just regular mowing and watering. Fertiliser provides essential nutrients that support stronger roots, improved colour, increased density, and better resistance to weeds, pests, and seasonal stress. A well fed and managed lawn will not only look better but perform better throughout the year.

Yearly Fertiliser Schedule
This is our bread and butter to the best possible lawn - our best seller. By applying the right products at the right time, we can encourage healthy growth in spring, maintain strength through summer, and prepare your lawn for the cooler months ahead. This also goes along side correct feeding periods through winter to keep it happy and managing drainage correctly. Most Christchurch lawns get starved of nitrogen through winter so regular applications help build a consistently healthy lawn rather than relying on short-term improvements. Grass Grub control is also included in this package, they're the worst enemy as they can kill a lawn faster than we can grow it.

Liquid Fertiliser & Spray Applications
Using professional spray equipment, including boom spraying and knapsack applications, it allows us to apply liquid fertilisers and treatments accurately and efficiently. This comes from my Greenkeeping roots, but scaled down to our size lawns! This ensures even coverage across your lawn while providing flexibility for everything from large residential properties to smaller, hard-to-reach areas.

Long Term Results
Fertilising isn't about creating a quick burst of growth. It's about building a stronger lawn over time. Consistent nutrient management improves turf quality, encourages deeper root systems, and helps your lawn stay healthy and attractive throughout the changing seasons.

Weed Control & Lawn Health
We have different methods for weed control, i choose based on what the turf is doing and what we need defence from. I have pre and post emergants, lawn cleaners and selective controls based on what's required and your lawn type.
As part of the fertilising programme, targeted weed control treatments can be combined with fertiliser applications to improve turf health and help prevent unwanted weeds from taking hold. The result is a greener, cleaner, and more resilient lawn.
